CarePlus™ Mobile Connect encourages seamless integration of communication and technology in all CarePlus™ Nurse Call systems. The Mobile Connect app reduces alarm fatigue for a quieter and more peaceful care environment to facilitate faster healing and recovery, as caregivers can choose how they respond to calls, messages or alarms via their mobile device. Options include accepting, rejecting or transferring calls according to the Global Nurse Assignment, predetermined by the Nurse Manager. Rejected calls are auto-escalated to another staff member or group until the call is accepted. Mobile Connectivity is compatible with Apple, Android, DECT and Cisco devices.
